We want you to love your Minecraft gear, but if your items aren't quite right, you can return unworn and unwashed apparel within 30 days of delivery. Please note that digital codes and custom-printed merchandise are final sale and cannot be returned.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Gear
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags are attached and the items are in their original condition.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
